Senecio Peregrinus is a hybrid between Senecio rowleyanus and Senecio articulatus. The leaves look like little jumping dolphins. The plant needs bright but filtered light and a minimum temperature of 15C. The best way to root cuttings is by placing them flat on the soil. Make sure that the stem of the cuttings makes good contact with the soil. Mist with some water every couple of days to prevent dehydration. Give more water when roots have formed in 2-3 weeks.
